Vendor Contract Agreement

SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT BETWEEN

is hereinafter known as “Sponsor” & 911 Academy Inc.

911 Academy Seminars Date: Sat & Sun, April 29th & 30th, 2023

This Partnership Agreement is made and effective for our April 29th & 30th, 2023.

Thank you for being a part of the 911 Academy Seminars.

This agreement is to set forth an agreement regarding our collaboration between, Sponsor, and (“911 Academy Inc.”).

The terms of the agreement are as follows :

BETWEEN :

911 Academy Inc. (a 100% Disabled Veteran-owned company).

AND :

Sponsor at their headquarters located at 560 N Coast Hwy 101 Suite 4A Encinitas, CA 92024

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the 911 Academy Seminars and Sponsor agreement is for the Sponsor to be a “Booth Vendor” for the 911 Academy Seminar event on April 29th & 30th, 2023, and for 911 Academy Seminars to positively represent the Sponsor.

911 ACADEMY SEMINAR :

911 Academy Seminars will provide one six-foot table and two chairs if required, 8ft tables will also be allowed.
911 Academy Seminars will not offer any refunds (See terms below).

SPONSOR :

Sponsor will provide the payment for the booth which is: $1,500 for the 2-day event or $1,000 for a single day. Payment must be received no later than 48 hours after the signed contract.
$1,500 for our 2-day seminar

$1,000 for our single day seminar
Please make payment through 911Academyseminar’s website. If other arrangements need to be made please contact us.

TERMS :

Sponsor will need to provide a certification of Insurance for the represented organization.
Sponsor will need to provide their vendor license for the city of Coronado.
If the 911 Academy Seminars have to reschedule for any reason, We will not be required to reimburse the company.
911 Academy Seminars will provide the company first priority at our rescheduled event date.
If Sponsor needs to cancel for any reason prior to the event a written 30-day notice must be given and a 75% refund will be awarded.
It is understood that this is a "Rain or Shine" event, 911 Academy Seminars compensation is in no way affected by inclement weather. Every effort will be made to continue the performance.
However, safety is vital in all decisions. 911 Academy Seminar's compensation will not be affected by such cancellation.
